This solution will allow you to create a schedule for your heated towel-rail. It also allows control via your Apple or Android device - from across the room or halfway around the world!
The INSTEON Hub works in combination with your wireless router and smartphone or tablet to control INSTEON devices in your home while you're there or when you're at work and on vacation. The INSTEON for Hub app works in concert with the Hub to automatically configure your Hub and router for remote access - so simple, anyone can do it.
Once connected, you can easily control your heated towel-rail from your smartphone or tablet. You can also easily setup schedules using the INSTEON App so that your heated towel rail will automatically switch on and off at times you specify.

Step 1 - Plug your heated towel-rail into the INSTEON Plug-in Relay
Plug the relay module into the power-point and follow the included instructions for connecting the electric heated towel rail.
Step 2 - Connect the INSTEON Hub to your router
The INSTEON hub connects to a power-point and a spare Ethernet port on your home router/switch.
Step 3 - Install the free INSTEON App to your smartphone or tablet
Follow the included instructions for setting up the free INSTEON app on your iPhone, iPad or Android device.
Step 4 - Setup the INSTEON App to control your Plug-in Relay module
Follow the easy to follow on-screen steps to add the relay module to your app. You can also set schedules so that will automatically turn on/off the towel rail at the desired times.
Step 5 - You're done.
You can now control your heated towel rail automatically via schedules, as well as manually via your smartphone or tablet.
