The manual controllers for electric blankets can often be difficult to reach, especially in the dark.
Avoid fumbling around in the dark to adjust your electric blanket. Simply add a couple of inexpensive modules in order to operate it via a bedside remote control.

This solution will get you up and controlling your electric blanket in less than 10 minutes. It consists of an INSTEON Mini-Remote and a Plug-In Relay (On/Off) module.
The INSTEON remote sends RF commands (On/Off) to the relay module allowing you to turn your electric blanket on or off from up to 45m away. You'll also be able to use spare buttons on the remote to control other INSTEON modules in your home such as lights etc.

Step 1 - Plug your electric blanket into the INSTEON Plug-in Relay
Follow the simple instructions to connect your electric blanket to the INSTEON Plug-in Relay module.
Step 2 - Wall mount the Mini Remote
Optional - mount the Mini Remote to the wall or to the side of your bedside drawers using the optional wall bracket.
Step 3 - Pair the Plug-In Relay to the Mini-Remote
Follow the simple Mini-Remote instructions to pair the plug-in relay to the remote. You can pair multiple relay modules to a single button on the remote if you'd like to control both sides of the bed with a single button.
Step 4 - You're done
You can now use your Mini Remote to control your electric blanket.
