In this solution you can use an INSTEON Mini-Remote to operate your home's heating or air-conditioning system from anywhere in your home. You can even recall your favourite temperature pre-set with a single button press.

Step 1 - Install the INSTEON Thermostat
Follow the included instructions to replace your existing thermostat with INSTEON.
Step 2 - Link the INSTEON Mini-Remote to the thermostat
Follow the thermostat instructions in order to add an INSTEON controller (Mini-Remote in this example) to the thermostat. You're can define different temperature, zone, and other settings so that a particular button-press on the remote will recall your exact pre-set.
Step 3 - Your done
Enjoy turning-on the heater from bed and rising up into a warm home!
