The AM12 appliance module is an X10 Home Automation Receiver that lets you turn on & off plug-in appliances using any of our X10 Transmitters. With the appliance module, you can quickly add remote control to any plug-in appliance or light in your home.

How it works:

Plug the appliance module into any standard power outlet and then plug the appliance you want to control into the module. Set the appliance module to the desired X10 address via the two dials on the front and then you're done...it’s that easy!
