Priority shipping
Envious Technology offer a priority delivery
service, which is available to select within the checkout.
This service provides delievery within 1-2 business days for
in-stock items - subject to location and courier delay. Priority
shipping is only available for orders shipping to addresses
within Australia. Note - if paying by cheque/money order then
your order will be sent as quickly as possible after your
payment has cleared.
Standard shipping
Our standard shipping service is through
either TNT or Toll couriers. This service offers a 1-6 day
delivery turnaround on in-stock items, however orders are
normally delivered within 3 days for orders shipped to Victoria,
NSW and capital cities.
P.O. Boxes
Please note that as we we do not ship to
Post Office boxes as we use couriers for the secure delivery
of our orders . Please ensure a street address is completed
in the 'ship to' address details of your account to ensure
efficient delivery without delay.

If you still can not achieve a resolution
and would like to return the product, simply email or call
us within 14 days of date of purchase to receive a Return
Merchandise Authorisation number and further information on
how/where to return the product(s). Note that Envious Technology
will not be responsible for return delivery charges and any
original delivery charges will not be refunded. Please also
ensure that product packaging and manuals are intact and undamaged
to avoid a restocking charge.
12-Month Warranty
Should your product purchased from Envious
Technology fail within 12 months of purchase, we will repair
or replace the product for you if it was used within any limits
and ratings. Please email or call our technical department
to discuss your problem and if we can't resolve it then you
will be issued with a Return Merchandise Authorisation number
(RMA). Goods returned without an RMA may incur a return freight
charge should they be found to have no fault.
