How to Order Online:
Select your products
To browse through our product categories,
you may click on the products menu item shown along the top
of the page, or use the pop-out menu structure to the left
of every Envious Technology page.
Add the product to your shopping
cart
When you have found a product you'd like
to purchase, add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the
either the 'order' or 'add-to-cart' button. This will then
take you to the shopping cart, where you'll be able to see
the item in your cart and adjust the quantity required if
necessary. In the shopping cart, you can also select your
country and postcode in order to obtain an estimated postage/handling
charge.
You can then leave the shopping cart page
and continue shopping until you have added all of the required
items.
Review your cart
If you are happy with the contents of your
cart, just click on the 'My Cart' link on the top right hand
side of any page within the site, which will display the shopping
cart (if you are not already there).
Envious Technology often reward frequent
shoppers with promotions and other special offers. A 'discount
code' will be given to those customers and this code can be
entered into the input box shown at the shopping cart. After
entering your discount code, press the 'update cart' button
to calculate the relevant discount.
When happy with the contents of your cart,
you may continue your purchase by clicking on the 'checkout'
button.
Sign-in or Register
On your way to the checkout, you'll be
asked to sign-in (if you haven't already) or to register a
new account. Registering is required so that we have your
contact details in order to send your order. It's also handy
for the next time you order as you won't need to enter all
of your details again. Envious Technology also send out special
offers to our registered members.
Complete your transaction
Once you have signed-in, the checkout has
the following simple steps:
1 - Confirm contact details
2 - Review order and select payment option
3 - Enter payment information and submit
order for processing
That's it! You will then be able to print
an order confirmation and will receive an email regarding
your order. Envious Technology will process your order and
send it as soon as possible, normally within 24 hours. We
will contact you should there be any delay in processing your
order. You'll be able to view your order (including details
of the freight company and consignment number) in the 'My
Account' section of our site.
