Select your products
To browse through our product categories, you may click on the products menu item shown underneathe the "home" tab at the top left of the page. You may also navigate using the pop-out menu system across the top of every Envious Technology page.
Add the product to your shopping cart
When you have found a product that you like the look of, add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the "add-to-cart" button. The site will then navigate to the shopping cart and you'll be able to see the item in your cart in addition to any you have already added as well as adjust the quantity required.
In the shopping cart, you can also select your country and postcode in order to obtain an estimated postage/handling charge.
You can then leave the shopping cart page and continue shopping until you have added all of the required items.
Review your cart
To navigate to your shopping cart, just click on the "View Cart" link shown on the right hand side of any page within the site.
Envious Technology often reward frequent shoppers with promotions and other special offers, via means of a "discount code". The discount code can be entered into the shopping cart in order to redeem your discount or other promotion.
When happy with the contents of your cart, you may continue your purchase by clicking on the 'checkout' button.
Sign-in or Register
On your way to the checkout, you'll be asked to sign-in (if you haven't already) or to register a new account. Registering is required so that we have your contact details in order to send your order. It's also handy for the next time you order as you won't need to enter all of your details again. Envious Technology also send out special offers to our registered members.
Complete your transaction
Once you have signed-in, the checkout has the following simple steps:

- Review order and select payment option
- Enter payment information and submit order for processing
That's it! You will then be able to print an order confirmation and will receive an email regarding your order. Envious Technology will process your order and send it as soon as possible, normally within 24 hours. We will contact you should there be any delay in processing your order. You'll be able to view your order (including details of the freight company and consignment number) in the "myAccount" section of our site.

Envious Technology have a strong relationship with the suppliers and manufacturers of our products and can therefore proudly provide a pricing guarantee. If you see any of our products listed on another Australian website or printed pricelist for a cheaper price, we will beat it by 10% of the difference (conditions apply, see below).

Envious Technology offer a priority delivery service that provides delievery within 1-2 business days for in-stock items - subject to location and courier delay. Priority shipping is only available for orders shipping to addresses within Australia. You will be prompted within the checkout to select priority or standard shipping.
Note - if paying by cheque/money order then your order will be sent as quickly as possible after your payment has cleared.
Our standard shipping service provides secure and traceable courier delivery. Our dispatch department will select the most economical delivery option, providing a 1-6 day delivery turnaround on in-stock items depending on your location. Orders are normally delivered within 3 days for orders shipped to Victoria, NSW and Australian capital cities.
If you have a PO Box feel free to use this as your shipping address. As our courier service requires a signature upon delivery, shipping to a PO Box will avoid the necessity for you to be home to receive a shipment.
Note that Envious Technology only ship to Australia, New Zealand, and select countries that use the "Type I" electrical plug (see sample).

Note that Envious Technology will not be responsible for return delivery charges and any original delivery charges will not be refunded. Please also ensure that product packaging and manuals are intact and undamaged to avoid a restocking charge.
Should your product purchased from Envious Technology fail within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or replace the product for you if it was used within any limits and ratings. Please email or call our technical department to discuss your problem and if we can't resolve it then you will be issued with a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA). Goods returned without an RMA may incur a return freight charge should they be found to have no fault.
