How to Order Online:
Select your products
To browse through our product categories, you may click on
the products menu item shown underneathe the "home" tab at the top left of the page. You may also navigate using the pop-out menu system across the top of every Envious
Technology page.
Add the product to your shopping cart
When you have found a product that you like the look of, add
it to your shopping cart by clicking on the "add-to-cart" button. The site will then navigate to the shopping
cart and you'll be able to see the item in your cart in addition to any you have already added as well as adjust the quantity required.
In the shopping
cart, you can also select your country and postcode in order
to obtain an estimated postage/handling charge.
You can then leave the shopping cart page and continue shopping
until you have added all of the required items.
Review your cart
To navigate to your shopping cart, just click
on the "View Cart" link shown on the right hand side of any page
within the site.
Envious Technology often reward frequent shoppers with promotions
and other special offers, via means of a "discount code". The discount code can be entered into the shopping cart in order to redeem your discount or other promotion.
When happy with the contents of your cart, you may continue
your purchase by clicking on the 'checkout' button.
Sign-in or Register
On your way to the checkout, you'll be asked to sign-in (if
you haven't already) or to register a new account. Registering
is required so that we have your contact details in order
to send your order. It's also handy for the next time you
order as you won't need to enter all of your details again.
Envious Technology also send out special offers to our registered
members.
Complete your transaction
Once you have signed-in, the checkout has the following simple
steps:
1 - Confirm contact details
2 - Review order and select payment option
3 - Enter payment information and submit order for processing
That's it! You will then be able to print an order confirmation
and will receive an email regarding your order. Envious Technology
will process your order and send it as soon as possible, normally
within 24 hours. We will contact you should there be any delay
in processing your order. You'll be able to view your order
(including details of the freight company and consignment
number) in the "myAccount" section of our site.

Payment Options
Credit Card:
Our online checkout allows you to process your credit card
payment online. Our online payment facility is secured by
128-bit SSL encryption which protects your information from
being intercepted.
Envious Technology accept payment with
the following credit cards only:
Cheque:
We accept cheques for order payment, however these will require
clearance before you order will be sent. If you are not using
our online shopping facility for your order but would like
to pay via cheque, then please contact us to confirm the correct
amount including postage/handling.
Direct Deposit:
Direct Deposit is accepted for our orders and an option to
use this payment method is provided at the online checkout,
upon which time the details will be given. If you are not
using our online shopping facility for your order but would
like to pay via Direct deposit, then please contact us for
the correct amount and bank details.
Telephone:
At the checkout, there is a telephone payment option. Select
this option if you'd like to call through your credit card
details instead of submitting them online, or to discuss our
payment options further.

Envious Technology requires your contact
and delivery details in order to process your order. By creating
an account on envioustechnology.com.au your details will be
securely stored to make shopping much more efficient - you
won't need to re-enter your details each time you place an
order with us.

Pricing Policy and Guarantee
Envious Technology have a strong relationship
with the suppliers and manufacturers of our products and can
therefore proudly provide a pricing guarantee. If you see
any of our products listed on another Australian website or
printed pricelist for a cheaper price, we will beat it by
10% of the difference (conditions apply, see below).
To receive the cheaper pricing simply send
an email to sales@envioustechnology.com.au including a link
to the product and cheaper price. We'll then contact you to
process your order and discount. Alternatively, to discuss
pricing over the phone with our friendly sales team simply

details.
Example
Envious Technology may sell item XYZ for
$100. Another company may have the same product for sale for
$90. The difference is $10 and therefore 10% of the difference
is $1. We will provide the item to you for $89, $1 less than
the cheaper price.
Conditions:
- The item must be identical.
- The price must be a published price or from a printed pricelist.
- Minimum purchase quantities for cheaper pricing are to be
matched.
- Envious Technology reserve the right to exclude items without
notice, including 'specials' or 'clearance' items.

Shipping and Delivery Information
Priority shipping
Envious Technology offer a priority delivery
service that provides delievery within 1-2 business days for
in-stock items - subject to location and courier delay. Priority
shipping is only available for orders shipping to addresses
within Australia. You will be prompted within the checkout to select priority or standard shipping.
Note - if paying by cheque/money order then
your order will be sent as quickly as possible after your
payment has cleared.
Standard shipping
Our standard shipping service provides secure and traceable courier delivery. Our dispatch department will select the most economical delivery option, providing a 1-6 day
delivery turnaround on in-stock items depending on your location. Orders are
normally delivered within 3 days for orders shipped to Victoria,
NSW and Australian capital cities.
PO Boxes
Please note that we use couriers for the
secure delivery of our orders and these companies generally do not deliver to PO Boxes. You may enter a PO Box as your address but note that we will then send your order using a traceable Australia Post service instead of a courier. The turnaround time may be higher than the those listed above under "priority" and "standard" delivery.

or are not happy with any product purchased on our website
then please read through our online support pages and FAQ,
before contacting our technical department for advice.
If you still can not achieve a resolution
and would like to return the product, simply email or call
us within 14 days of date of purchase to receive a Return
Merchandise Authorisation number and further information on
how/where to return the product(s). Note that Envious Technology
will not be responsible for return delivery charges and any
original delivery charges will not be refunded. Please also
ensure that product packaging and manuals are intact and undamaged
to avoid a restocking charge.
12-Month Warranty
Should your product purchased from Envious
Technology fail within 12 months of purchase, we will repair
or replace the product for you if it was used within any limits
and ratings. Please email or call our technical department
to discuss your problem and if we can't resolve it then you
will be issued with a Return Merchandise Authorisation number
(RMA). Goods returned without an RMA may incur a return freight
charge should they be found to have no fault.
