X10 DIY Plug-In Transmitters

In order to interact with your X10 home control system, you`ll need one or more transmitters. Our home control transmitters send signals to receivers, which then turn on/off/dim or brighten a connected light or appliance.

In conjunction with programmable modules, transmitter modules can also be used trigger scenes and ambient lighting moods in your home. One button press on a wall switch transmitter or bedside timer can therefore trigger a whole series of commands, putting your home into the desired mode.

These Do-It-Yourself plug-in transmitters are a simple to install way to control your X10 Home Control system.

The Smart Interface is a universal transmitter which can interface with many devices through 2 screw terminals. When connected to an alarm system output or reed switch, it can flash X10 enabled lighting. It can also be used to turn on lights or trigger macros when (for example) a garage door opens.

Sundowner X10 Light Sensor
